Tori Spelling spent a little more than a week in a Los Angeles-area hospital while dealing with her husband Dean McDermottt’s cheating scandal. And guess what? – it all happened while she was filming her six-episode docu-series “True Tori.”

“No-one knows the truth. We don’t know what is real and what is fake for the cameras,” adds a pal. “Everyone is suspicious that the same magazine that broke the cheating news was rewarded with Tori’s first big sit-down interview. Her friends understand why some folks are saying this is all a PR stunt.”

She said of McDermott, “I know that he’s my soul mate. I know that he’s the love my of my life. I also know he broke my heart,” though she confessed she’s “still in love with him.”
A source close to the star tells THE GOSSIP TABLE that a migraine was the reason for the hospitalization, which is making people even more suspicious.
