Miley Cyrus, the former Disney star, can’t seem to get over shedding her clothes.  (Maybe she and Justin Bieber should just do an all-nude concert. Wink!)

Miley Cyrus is on the new cover of Rolling Stone… NAKED!!  The magazine is attempting to restore their image after a VERY controversial cover featuring the Boston Bomber.

Miley held her interview with Rolling Stone at a tattoo parlor…while receiving a tattoo.  “People get tattoos of the most f***ed-up s**t,” Miley says. “Did you know Alec Baldwin has Hannah Montana’s initials tattooed on him? No, wait – Stephen Baldwin. He said he was my biggest fan, and I told him my biggest fans have tattoos. So he got ‘HM’ tattooed on his shoulder.” She shakes her head. “People do f***ed-up s**t.”
